He has infiltrated the most secure facilities In the world and even gotten Inside G.I. JOE headquarters. He’s also a deadly foe; he’s a practitioner of several mystic martial arts and a lethal archer. Very little Is known of his background and origins, but most security agencies agree that he must have had European military academy training (probably St. Cyr). He’s the leader of the DREADNOK gang and has a compound hidden deep in an impenetrable swamp.
