Destro (Arctic)

DESTRO supplies weapons to COBRA and designs highly advanced weaponry that he sells to the highest bidder. He uses a frost cannon – his own creation, of course – to flash-freeze ambushed G.I.JOE troopers during a battle at a COBRA manufacturing plant in a remote area of Greenland.

This version of Destro was cancelled at the end of Rise of Cobra. The body and design were carried over to POC and the Head was repainted with green eyes, and the cobra symbols were removed on his vest.
