The H.I.S.S. Tank driver is used with parts from 2 different figures - the head from the 25th anniversary Cobra H.I.S.S. Commander and the body from the 25th Anniversary Battle Armor Cobra Commander. H.I.S.S. Tank Driver was released as part of the first wave of Pursuit of Cobra Bravo Vehicles.

Cobra H.I.S.S. Tank Driver came with a black pistol, a blue chest plate, a blue leg harness, a blue backpack, and a black gonfalon.

G.I.JOE is the code name for a special operations unit of highly trained men and women. Their purpose is to defend the world against COBRA, a ruthless organization with criminal tentacles in every nation on earth.
