Crazy Legs was made using parts from 5 different figures - The alternate head from the Pursuit of Cobra Zartan, The body from the 25th Anniversary "version 3" Snake Eyes, the upper legs from 25th Anniversary Arctic Snake Eyes, the lower legs and feet from 25th Anniversary Snow Serpent and the arms and hands from 25th Anniversary Lift-Ticket. Crazy Legs was released as part of the 4th wave of Pursuit of Cobra figures.

Crazy Legs came with a black submachine gun with removable stock, a black rifle, a black pistol, a red helmet, black goggles, and a black display stand.
