He was trained by the ARASHIKAGE ninja clan, the same clan that trained his sworn enemy, STORM SHADOW, the COBRA ninja mercenary. He wears special ninja warrior armor to defend a training temple that has come under attack by COBRA ninjas.

Snake Eyes was made using parts from three different figures - The alternate head from Pursuit of Cobra wave 3 Snake Eyes, the arms and legs from Resolute Comic Pack Storm Shadow and the feet from 25th Anniversary Storm Shadow. Snake Eyes was released as part of the sixth wave of Pursuit of Cobra figures.

Snake Eyes came with an alternate head, a silver and black mask, a black mask, a silver mask, a black neckerchief, a black sash, two black sheaths, two black swords, two silver and red hook swords, a black and silver kusarigama with black string, and a black display stand.

G.I.Joe is the code name for a special operations unit of highly trained men and women. Their purpose is to defend the world against COBRA, a ruthless organization with criminal tentacles in every nation on earth.
